It definitely needs work. If this was purely made to advertise Rippa-chan's characters, then you could have at least made more of an effort. It needs more choice, cleaner drawing and definitely sorting out of the order of the layers of clothes. As a dress-up game, it is 'nothing too new or interesting'. If you're going to make dress-up games, then you have to really work to make them different from every other dress-up game.
I think that's all that can be said, really.
